For EU Customers:
When placing an order from Europe, please make sure to use our dedicated SANCY EU store. This will ensure your order ships from within the EU, meaning you will not incur any customs duties or import taxes.

For International and Non-EU Orders (Including the UK):
Please note that you, as the recipient, are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees that may apply when your order arrives in your country. These charges may need to be paid directly to customs authorities in order to release your package.

SANCY is not liable for any of these fees, nor will we be responsible if your items are detained or confiscated by customs. We strongly recommend that you check your country's import regulations, including any taxes or fees associated with foreign goods.

If a delivery attempt is made but the item is not collected and is returned to us, you will be required to pay for re-delivery and any applicable re-import duties. If the re-import duty exceeds the value of the swimwear, we reserve the right to abandon the package.
