Refund policy

At SANCY, we accept bikinis returned in new condition, with tags and liners intact, for store credit. Please note that return shipping is at the customer's expense. Items marked as "sale" are final sale and not eligible for return. This includes items purchased with any discount.

For your safety and hygiene, we ask that swimwear be tried on over underwear. To ensure a successful return, please meet the following conditions:

• Unworn items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must have the hygiene sticker in place, all swing tags attached, and be in perfect resale condition.
• All items must be returned in the original SANCY bag.
